Negar is a PhD student in the Cognitive Hearing Lab. She got her BSc from University of Toronto with a double major in psychology and HPST (history and philosophy of science and technology) and completed the MA in Psychology at TMU in 2026. Her research primarily focuses on naturalistic conversation dynamics amongst older adults with age-related hearing loss. Outside of her research, she is also a musician, with piano being her main instrument. She also enjoys wildlife photography and baking!
